  17. MUI is a library. Library are always external. Just like THOR's gui library
  18. and ClassAct gadgets. What was meant was that all the network functions were
  19. internal and not dependent upong external programs other than the stacks.
  20. Doesn't need external DCC, external smptpost, external configs (done within
  21. the program), etc.
